Paragon Cleaning Service

Our Carpet Cleaning Process

From inspection to the final walk-through, we take care not to skip any steps to ensure that we don’t overlook anything. We are especially careful to pre-treat heavier stains and to focus extra attention on heavily soiled areas.

We also offer Very Low Moisture (VLM) cleaning to cut down on drying time, reduce the cost of carpet cleaning, and minimize wear and tear.

Step 1

Inspection

Before we dive into the cleaning process, we take the time to survey your carpet and determine the best course of treatment. We use this time to identify more heavily soiled areas that will need more attention.

Step 2

Pre-Vacuuming

We use a commercial grade HEPA Vacuum to thoroughly eradicate all dust, dirt, and allergens from the carpet. We do this to make sure that our cleaners can properly reach the carpet fibers and clean effectively.

Step 3

Pre-Spotting

It’s time to attack those troublesome stains! We apply a solution to all spots and stains, and let it sit for a while so that it gets embedded in the carpet.

Step 4

Pre-Treatment & Agitation

This is where our special cleaning solution works its magic on your carpet. We make sure to agitate the solution so that it reaches all areas of your carpet and succeeds in bringing the grime and soil to the surface.

Step 5

Hot Water Extraction

During this stage of the cleaning process we use our truck mounted equipment to suction all the soil from your carpet. We also balance the pH of your carpet to make the carpet fibers more resistant to dirt and grime.

Step 6

Drying & Final Walk-Through

Now, the cleaning process is finished and we can get to work drying your carpet so that you can resume regular use as soon as possible. We use air movers for speedy drying. We then do a final walk-through to make sure we checked all the boxes.

Keep Your Carpet In Perfect Condition With Our Carpet Protectant

Urine and Pet Stains Treatment

We address pet stains during the pre-spotting step of our carpet cleaning process. After identifying the stains with a UV light and moisture detector, we thoroughly vacuum the area, apply our cleaners, and use a water claw to extract the soil.

We determine the best course of treatment for each particular stain based on the type of stain and the extent of the staining. We use chemicals that are 99.9% green. This means that they are non-toxic and completely safe for humans, animals and plants.

Donate Any Outgrown Clothes

Sit down with your kids and examine every piece of clothing they own. If you notice any pieces they have either outgrown or never wear, donate them to your local homeless shelter if they are wearable pieces of clothing.

You can even check out your own closet and do the same. Now you and your kids have more storage space for clothing you actually wear, as well as a lighter laundry load.

Establish A Shoe Area

As we enter different seasons, the flooring in your home can get damaged due to outdoor dirt and debris being tracked around the home. Take a few minutes with your kids to set up a designated shoe area. You can even get creative and make a shoe sign.

If you have tile or hardwood flooring, run a rug along the floor of the shoe area. This rug will collect all the dirt from the shoes in your shoe area.

Make Chores Fun with Chore Time

If you make cleaning the house fun, more kids wouldn’t be so hesitant to help clean! Establish a cleaning routine - this includes setting up a clean up time, making a list of everything that needs to be done, and your creative way of getting everyone involved in cleaning.

Here’s an idea: you can write each chore on a piece of paper, slip it in a jar, and get the kids to draw their own chores. Turn it up a notch with some groovy tunes! Cleaning in a quiet house isn't fun.

Soak The Dishes

Before you serve dinner, fill up your kitchen sink with hot soapy water. Have everyone scrape any excess food into the garbage, then place their plate in the sink to soak once they are done eating. The idea here is to make sure you don’t have a pile of dirty dishes on the counter to tend to once everyone is done eating.

Since the dishes are already in the water, you finish cleaning the kitchen a little quicker.

Baby Steps Can Go A Long Way

Most of the tips listed here are simple and fun to get the whole family involved in.

With everyone working as one, you can enjoy the upcoming school year in a home that’s now easier to keep in mint condition.
