How We Approach a Senior Household
Someone who spends most of the day indoors lives with the results of the last clean far more closely than the rest of us do. That shapes how we work in Johnston senior households: products and solutions that take dust and dirt out at the source, so the air and the surfaces stay better for longer.
Families living out of town often tell us the schedule matters as much as the cleaning, because it means somebody dependable is in the house at a known time.
What a Senior Cleaning Visit Covers
Every visit starts with room disinfection, using environmentally safe, green seal certified products that are completely safe for seniors and their homes. From there the regular service covers the work that keeps a household running:
- Vacuuming
- Dusting
- Cleaning bathrooms
- General cleaning
- Laundry and pressing clothes
- Cleaning kitchens and wiping all appliances
- Organizing closets and cupboards
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Taking out the trash
- Making beds
Products Chosen for Sensitive Households
Older adults often spend most of the day inside the home being cleaned, which makes product choice a health question rather than a preference. We use environmentally safe, green seal certified products that are completely safe for seniors and their homes, and we remove irritants like dust and dirt at the source.
