Our Urine & Pet Stain Removal Process
We address pet stains during the pre-spotting step of our carpet cleaning process. After identifying the stains with a UV light and moisture detector, we thoroughly vacuum the area, apply our cleaners, and use a water claw to extract the soil.
We determine the best course of treatment for each particular stain based on the type of stain and the extent of the staining. We use chemicals that are 99.9% green. This means that they are non-toxic and completely safe for humans, animals and plants.
Step 1
Inspection
Before we dive into the cleaning process, we take the time to survey your carpet and determine the best course of treatment. We use this time to identify more heavily soiled areas that will need more attention.
Step 2
Pre-Vacuuming
We use a commercial grade HEPA Vacuum to thoroughly eradicate all dust, dirt, and allergens from the carpet. We do this to make sure that our cleaners can properly reach the carpet fibers and clean effectively.
Step 3
Pre-Spotting
It’s time to attack those troublesome stains! We apply a solution to all spots and stains, and let it sit for a while so that it gets embedded in the carpet.
Step 4
Pre-Treatment & Agitation
This is where our special cleaning solution works its magic on your carpet. We make sure to agitate the solution so that it reaches all areas of your carpet and succeeds in bringing the grime and soil to the surface.
Step 5
Hot Water Extraction
During this stage of the cleaning process we use our truck mounted equipment to suction all the soil from your carpet. We also balance the pH of your carpet to make the carpet fibers more resistant to dirt and grime.
Step 6
Drying & Final Walk-Through
Now, the cleaning process is finished and we can get to work drying your carpet so that you can resume regular use as soon as possible. We use air movers for speedy drying. We then do a final walk-through to make sure we checked all the boxes.
