Senior Living Apartment Cleaning in Clive, IA
Families tour a community and judge it on two things: how the residents seem and how the building smells. Our senior living apartment cleaning service in Clive, IA looks after the second. Paragon Cleaning serves homes and businesses throughout Clive, IA and the surrounding metro.
Cleaning Built Around Residents
Cleaning an occupied senior apartment calls for a different approach than a commercial space. Our crews work respectfully around residents and their belongings, keep walkways clear, and use environmentally safe, green seal certified products that are safe for older adults and anyone with sensitivities.
The Standard Apartment Service
The standard service in every resident apartment covers thorough dusting and the general cleaning that keeps a unit both hygienic and comfortable:
- Vacuuming and dusting throughout
- Cleaning and disinfecting bathrooms
- Cleaning kitchens and wiping appliances
- Sweeping and mopping floors
- Laundry and pressing clothes
- Organizing closets and cupboards
- Making beds and taking out the trash

Common Spaces and Unit Turnovers
Vacancy is expensive in senior living, where the pipeline of prospective residents is often shorter than in conventional housing. We turn units over quickly with full move out cleaning, and we maintain the shared spaces that tours pass through: hallways, lounges, dining areas, and laundry rooms. Carpet is cleaned with a low moisture process that dries in minutes, which is what makes corridor cleaning possible in an occupied building.
One Partner for the Whole Community
Coordinating separate vendors for apartments, common areas, carpets, and turnovers takes more of your staff’s time than it should. Paragon covers all of it in Clive on one schedule and one point of contact.
